This immaculately presented ground floor apartment is perfect for beach lovers and walkers alike, just yards from the coastal footpath and a five minute walk from Maenporth cove.

Part of a small, prestigious development of just nine apartments with private parking right outside, Opie's Toy has a sheltered balcony which enjoys views over clifftop fields out to the sea.

Maenporth cove has a sandy beach with rock pools to explore as the tide drops back, a traditional beach cafe and a popular beachside restaurant. The coastal footpath wends its way along the cliffs to thriving Falmouth in one direction and the Helford River valley in the other, where gorgeous subtropical gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah just beg to be explored.

Opie's Toy is a delight; as soon as the front door is opened the quality is apparent, with oak flooring, modern furnishings and under-floor heating throughout the spacious apartment.

The large open plan living-room has contemporary dining furniture, comfortable sofas and a Smart television. The pebble-effect wall-mounted fire evokes images of the coast and the kitchen-area, fitted with high specification appliances, glossy white units and dark granite work surfaces, is fully equipped. Floor to ceiling windows line the front wall and a door leads out to the balcony. The main bedroom has its own shower-room and the second bedroom can be made up with either twin beds or a super-king size double bed.

There is plenty of activity in nearby Falmouth with its bustling marinas, watersport tuition and intriguing selection of shops, restaurants and bars, while the stunning coastal scenery and renowned surfing beaches of the north coast are just half an hour away. This is a perfect apartment for families, with little children catered for and plenty of opportunities for sandcastle building down at the beach. Older children can learn to kayak or paddleboard at nearby Swanpool beach, and kayaking is also available at Maenporth beach.
