On a clear day the Lizard peninsula’s coastline and Goonhilly are visible, and the stream running across the farm is a tiny tributary of the beautiful Helford River, a short drive away. The Grade II Listed farm follows organic principles with delicious beef and lamb available, and the Owner even offers spinning lessons! Inside this delightfully cosy semi-detached cottage, adjoining a small property occasionally used by friends, the accommodation has an open plan living-room upstairs and a bathroom and two pretty bedrooms downstairs (please note, the cot only fits in bedroom 2).
